Zoca is building the growth infrastructure for beauty and wellness businesses. As the sole in-house video editor, you will own the visual output across YouTube episodes, Instagram cuts, and ad creative, delivering fast, testable results. You will design, animate, and caption to ensure the brand message is clear and compelling.
You will work in a rapidly moving marketing team, shaping layouts, payment cases, and the overall brand system while producing a large volume of content each month.
We are at $2.5Mn+ ARR, 1000+ beauty and wellness businesses on the platform, and a $6M Series A behind us. We are not starting out. But we are also nowhere close to where we want to be.
Zoca is building the growth infrastructure that small beauty and wellness businesses have never had access to. Online visibility, bookings, payments, customer retention, voice AI.
We want people who will think, challenge, ship, and own outcomes.
There are roughly 8.5 million local service businesses in the United States. Almost every tool ever built for them helps run the business. Almost none of them brings anyone through the door.
Zoca is a growth system for those businesses, starting with beauty and wellness. More than 1,000 businesses use it today. We are backed by Accel, Elevation Capital, Better Capital, and GTM Fund.
We are building our first in-house marketing team right now, and you are the only creative in it. That means two things. Your work is the entire visual output of the company, and nothing you make sits in a queue waiting for four rounds of approval.
None of these is a side project, and the second one is the biggest.
Two to three investigation-style episodes a month for YouTube, plus twelve to fifteen short cuts for Instagram and owner communities. Our founder is on camera. You cut, grade, caption, and design the on‑screen evidence, which is the visual heart of the format. Think receipts, documents, and data appearing on screen as the case builds, not stock footage over a voiceover.
Thirty to forty variants a month for our paid team. Static, motion, and short video. This is the largest part of the job and the least optional, because how fast we learn what actually works is limited by how fast you can produce things worth testing. You will see the performance numbers on everything you make, usually within a week.
Case study layouts, sales material, the monthly report our customers receive, and keeping our brand system genuinely applied rather than slowly drifting into whatever was easiest that week.
Not an agency seat where you get a locked brief and a month to execute it. Briefs here are short, feedback comes in days, and you will sometimes learn that an ad failed before you have finished the next one. Some people find that energizing and some find it exhausting. Please be honest with yourself about which one you are, because we would rather you enjoy the job.
