At Gratitude, our mission is to help people notice the small, everyday moments that bring them joy.

We have reached over 8 million people around the world that have used our app to build a daily habit of gratitude through journaling, affirmations, and vision boards. The app is rated 4.9 stars globally, users love Gratitude for its simplicity.

Right now, we’re missing the level of depth and craftsmanship our app deserves. The kind of design that feels intentional in its smallest details. We want to bring in someone who can help us get there.

Someone who cares about design as much as we care about helping people feel good in their daily lives.

We are looking for a designer who:

• Doesn’t stop at the first draft but keeps refining until the design is calm, clear, and delightful
• Enjoys sitting together in person, sketching, debating, and iterating until it feels right
• Understands our users because they are one
• Has a great instinct and taste with an eye for details
• Loves designing onboarding, home screens, streaks, content layouts not just as “screens,” but delightful experiences
• Takes direction well but also brings their own ideas confidently
• Inspires developers with the quality of their work
• Cares about mental health, introspection, and emotional wellbeing
• Creates boldly, but stays humble; open to feedback, learning, and iteration
• Knows how to listen to users, to instincts, to good craft

You’ll work closely and co-create with our founder at our Powai office in Mumbai.
