Job summary

Vedanta Ias Academy is seeking a Counsellor/Mentor to guide aspirants through calls and various communication channels. You will conduct counselling sessions, follow up on inquiries, and help students progress toward admissions and success in Civil Services exam preparation.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust with candidates, while maintaining confidential records and guiding them with expert prep strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Cleared UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination at least once or Preliminary Examination of any State Civil Services Examination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counselling sessions in person, over the phone, or via online platforms.
• Responsible for lead follow-ups and converting inquiries into walk-in admissions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions.
• Possess strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Build a relationship of trust, empathy, and respect with aspirants.
• Listen actively to students concerns and guide them toward clarity and confidence.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Civil Services Examination pattern and preparation strategy.

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Must have cleared the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination at least once or the Preliminary Examination of any State Civil Services Examination.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
2. Freshers with strong communication and mentoring potential are also encouraged to apply.
