Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Costing Specialist with strong expertise in Paper Packaging to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 10–12 years of hands‑on costing experience and in-depth understanding of paper packaging materials. Experience or training in Renuka will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Costing Analysis: Conduct comprehensive costing analysis for paper packaging materials.
• Evaluate cost components including raw materials, labor, overheads, and other relevant expenses.
• Implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Costing Methodology: Develop and implement robust costing methodologies for paper packaging products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and market benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, procurement, finance, and other teams to gather accurate cost data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities and streamline processes.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular cost reports and analytical insights for management review.
• Provide recommendations based on cost data to support strategic decisions.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from standard or budgeted costs.
• Investigate and explain significant cost variances and propose corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance costing processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement best practices to strengthen the costing function.
