The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is seeking an experienced professional based in Mumbai, India. You will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management team, mitigating financial and contractual risks associated with our expanding portfolio in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China regions. You will work closely with lessors/vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email and document workflows to ensure timely responses and turnaround times.
• Ingest and manage rent invoices for colocation and data center locations into lease database tools.
• Review and interpret contractual documentation, abstract critical financial obligations.
• Generate accounts payable reports and prepare invoices for payment.
• Focus on cost avoidance strategies for clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payments.
• Resolve payment and documentation-related queries with internal teams.

Basic Qualifications:
