• Budgeting & Forecasting of Plant Overheads
• Overheads Analysis & Reporting - Monthly/ quarterly/Annually
• CR Plan for Plant overheads
• Fixed & Variable Expenses Forecast & actualization
• Shop-wise Process Cost per unit analysis
• Direct labour cost per hour Analysis
• Review of Utility Costs / per unit analysis
• Expenses Budget management -Allocation & uploading
• PR/PO Commitment review & roll over of budgets
• Review of Cost saving initiatives.
