Job summary

Kia India is seeking a finance-related professional to handle cost accounting, budgeting, and plant overhead analysis. The role involves MIS preparation, financial planning and analysis, and cost control across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.

The candidate will review utilities and process costs, manage project and product costing, and support cost-saving initiatives to align with management requirements and costing systems.

• CR Plan for Plant overheads
• Shop-wise Process Cost per unit analysis
• Direct labour cost per hour Analysis
• Review of Utility Costs / per unit analysis
• PR/PO Commitment review & roll over of budgets
• Review of Cost saving initiatives
• Review of Expenses proposals
• Preparation of Project Cost, Product Cost, Cost Monitoring, Cost Reduction, Cost Control
• Cost price as per the management requirement SOP and Costing System.
