• Drive treatment package conversions for walk-in and referred clients; maintain equipment and products.
• Train internal teams on new services, products and procedures.

Role & responsibilities:

Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

• Perform trichology and medi-services such as Scalp Detox, Mesotherapy, and related treatments.


• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and retail products.


• Drive treatment package conversions for walk-in and referred clients. Maintain treatment equipment, devices, and products as per clinical protocols.


• Train internal teams on new services, products, and treatment procedures.


• Ensure compliance with sanitization, safety, and operational standards. Conduct online/virtual consultations when required. Travel to designated store locations when needed.
  

Preferred candidate profile:

Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications
