Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is seeking a Consultant Doctor for Trichology & Cosmetology in Gurgaon. The role involves client consultations, laser and aesthetic procedures, and maintaining highest safety and patient care standards.

Ideal candidates will have MBBS/BDS/MDS with 1–5 years dermatology/cosmetology/trichology experience, strong communication, and ethical patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• MBBS/BDS/MDS with relevant registration.
• 1–2 years for MBBS; 3–5 years for BDS/MDS in dermatology/cosmetology/trichology preferred.
• Hands-on lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic/injectable procedures.
• Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills; ethical, client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Consultation & Diagnosis: skin and hair consultations, assess history, diagnose conditions.
• Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures: perform lasers, peels, PRP, microneedling, botox, fillers, threads.
• Client Experience & Relationship Management: build trust, handle queries, ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Team Collaboration & Clinic Support: work with consultants, technicians, front desk, SOP improvements, assist operations.

Consultant Doctor - For Trichology & Cosmetology Clinic

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.
• Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.

Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures

• Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser Hair Reduction
• Laser Skin Procedures
• Chemical Peels
• PRP Therapy
• Microneedling
• Botox
• Fillers
• Threads
• Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups in Zenoti.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.
• Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.

Team Collaboration & Clinic Support

• Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.
• Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritizing medical suitability.
• Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.
• Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.

Who Can Apply

• Qualification: BDS/MDS/ MBBS
• Experience: For MBBS - 1 -2 Years, For BDS/MDS - 3-5 Years

Min 1–5 years in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred

• Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures

Office Timings

• 6 days working | 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, Sunday
