Job summary

ElevenX Capital is seeking a Chief of Staff — Strategy, Technology & Operations to lead the holdco's cross-portfolio planning, governance, and technology standardization. The role partners with the COO and portfolio leadership to drive strategic execution and scalable operations across all portfolio companies.

The candidate will own quarterly planning, board preparation, and reporting cadence, while governing the shared technology stack and security posture for new ventures, including M&A

Executive Summary

ElevenX's mandate — found and exit 1,000 companies in a decade —only works if the operating and technology backbone underneath each company isstandardized, not reinvented per venture. This Chief of Staff role is built forthat job: it is a strategy–technology–operations hybrid, not an EA-track chiefof staff. The mandate is to give you (and, through you, Anjli) leverage acrossa multiplying portfolio by owning three things simultaneously — the holdco'sstrategic operating cadence (planning, board prep, portfolio-wide reporting),the shared technology and security backbone every new company inherits on dayone, and the governance playbooks that make carve-outs, integrations, andnew-co formation repeatable rather than bespoke. In effect, the rolesystematizes the carve-out/TSA/governance discipline you built at OculusIT andCioniq into infrastructure embedded in ElevenX itself.

Core Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Portfolio Operations

• Own the holdco's strategicplanning cadence — quarterly OKRs, annual planning, and board-packagepreparation across all portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain astandardized, portfolio-wide KPI/reporting rollup (one system of record acrossQuickLaunch, Unifyed, BlackBeltHelp, and future entities), rather than eachportco reporting in its own format.
• Support diligence and stand-upplaybooks for new company formation or acquisition — Day-1/Day-100 plans,carve-out and TSA-style transition templates drawn from proven playbooks.
• Prepare board materials,investor updates, and COO/GP briefings; run the follow-through loop oncommitments made in those forums.
• Define and govern the sharedtechnology stack every portfolio company inherits — identity/SSO, datainfrastructure, security baseline, core finance/HR/ops tooling.
• Own AI and automation adoptionacross the holdco — identify where AI compresses operating overhead acrossportfolio companies (this is a direct lever on the AI-moat dimension ofElevenX's own investment thesis).
• Partner with portfolio-companytechnical leads on architecture standards and security posture(SOC2/GDPR/GLBA-grade readiness) so new companies aren't each solvingcompliance from scratch.

3.Operations & Governance

• Design and run across-portfolio governance framework — decision rights, reporting lines,escalation paths — modeled on the governance discipline already proven in yourCioniq practice.
• Standardize operating playbooksfor hiring, finance ops, vendor management, and M&A carve-out/integrationso they're reusable across ventures rather than rebuilt each time.
• Run cross-portfolio vendorconsolidation and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Own special projects andrapid-response initiatives on your behalf and Anjli's.

4.Chief of Staff Core

• Run the COO's operating rhythm— prioritization, meeting cadence, and follow-through on commitments.
• Act as a trusted proxy for theCOO in cross-functional and portfolio-company-facing settings.
• Handle confidential andsensitive initiatives — including support for the concurrent COO/CFO/CVCOexecutive search.
