Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Strategy in Bengaluru to support the Corporate Strategy team on growth initiatives, market analysis, investment discussions, and enterprise transformation programs. • Strong ability to conduct market research, business research, competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Ability to analyse business and financial data, identify key insights, and translate findings into clear implications for strategy and decision‑making.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, including comfort with financial analysis, business case inputs, scenario analysis, data interpretation, and performance metrics.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills, including the ability to create clear, well‑structured slides, charts, storylines, briefing notes, and leadership‑ready presentations.
• Structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous questions, define analytical approaches, and synthesise information from multiple sources.

Your work will support strategic planning, growth initiatives, business case development, investment discussions, and transformation priorities across the enterprise.

A core part of your role will be developing executive and board‑level narratives. You will help synthesise data, research, and stakeholder inputs into clear presentations, decision materials, briefing notes, charts, and leadership‑ready recommendations. You will contribute to storylines that help senior leaders understand key issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
