Job description

Job Description

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk & Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third‑party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. CPM has five operating pillars: Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk & Resilience, Corporate Insurance & Advisory, and CPM Engineering.

Finance & Planning supports the execution of the firm’s strategic objectives through the management of the planning process, firm‑wide reporting and analytics and insights into the firm’s business plans and budgets. It develops a consistent framework for revenue division projections, creating transparency, accountability and efficiency around projections. This pillar includes the CF&O, EO and Engineering divisional CFOs, who are strategic finance advisors helping the firm and its non‑revenue divisions achieve commercial financial opportunities. Product Finance is responsible for the overall governance and proactive management of the firm’s non‑compensation expenses.

Spend Management encompasses the functions responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s spend with third parties—advising commercial agreements and driving operational efficiency. Departments include Strategic Sourcing, Procure‑to‑Pay, Integrated Travel and Expense, Infrastructure and Transformation, and Sustainable Operations.

Operational Risk & Resilience drives firm‑wide operational risk programs along with second‑line teams and implements required changes within CPM. The Corporate Insurance & Advisory team identifies, procures, and manages corporate insurance needs for the firm and its investing businesses.

The CPM Engineering team provides engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third‑party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses and support corporate decision‑making in‑line with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier onboarding & enablement: Guide suppliers through SAP Ariba Network setup (ANID validation, trading relationship, remittance and invoicing configuration) and provide training for PO and invoice submission.
  • Fieldglass support: Help service providers complete SAP Fieldglass onboarding, confirm correct linkage/configuration, and support readiness for invoicing and payment.
  • Invoice & exception management: Triage invoice submission issues (missing/incorrect PO, tax fields, configuration errors), recommend corrective actions, and coordinate resolution to avoid payment delays.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Partner with Procurement, AP/Finance, Tax, Controls, and Technology teams to resolve supplier and invoice dependencies.
  • Compliance & controls: Support electronic invoicing adoption and ensure processes align to applicable policies, controls, and country‑specific e‑invoicing requirements.
  • Reporting & continuous improvement: Maintain enablement/invoice trackers, monitor queue health, raise incidents through ServiceNow/JIRA as needed, and identify opportunities to simplify onboarding and invoicing.
  • Exposure to controls/audit support in a shared services or global operations environment.
  • Experience supporting e‑invoicing or regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain supplier‑facing FAQs, templates, SOPs, and training guides; support onboarding of new team members through knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding/enablement, or procurement operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba Network and/or SAP Fieldglass or similar procurement/invoicing platforms is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of PO/BPO concepts, invoice lifecycle, remittance details, and supplier master data fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting operational workflows via ticketing/tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and tracker/reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a high‑volume, SLA‑driven environment across time zones.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training guides, and other documentation.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members through structured knowledge sharing.
