Job summary

The position offers on-site work and a monthly pay range of ₹40,000 to ₹80,000, with opportunities to collaborate with international teams and external counsels.

Qualifications

• Education: A 3-year LL.B. or an integrated 5-year BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. (Hons).
• Licensing: Enrolled with a State Bar Council and holding a valid Certificate of Practice (AIBE) to practice law in India.
• Experience: Generally 3–8 years of PQE in a reputed law firm or as in-house counsel for a multinational corporation.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, JV agreements).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations align with Indian corporate laws and local policies.
• Legal Advisory: Provide practical, commercially sound legal guidance to internal teams.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments to protect the organization from legal exposure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with external counsels, cross-functional teams, and global clients.

Job description

• Specialized Skills: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (such as IT/ITES, infrastructure, or energy laws) and optional Company Secretary (CS) certification for compliance-heavy roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
