Key Result Areas:

Insurance Policy Management

• Evaluate and manage existing insurance policies, including but not limited to property, liability and other relevant coverages.
• Research, analyze, and recommend suitable insurance options to address the company's evolving needs.

Policy Compliance

• Ensure that insurance policies are accurately updated and renewed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a database of insurance-related documents and records.

Claims Management

• Work closely with relevant departments to provide necessary documentation and information for claims processing.
• Monitor claims to ensure timely resolution and proper reimbursement.

Risk Assessment

• Conduct periodic risk assessments and suggest improvements in the insurance strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insurance coverage aligns with the company's objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-11 years of relevant Corporate Insurance experience, preferably from large corporates / large business groups with significant scale and diversified operation.
• Should have hands-on experience across the end-to-end Corporate Insurance lifecycle, including Underwriting, Insurance Operations, Policy Issuance, Policy Endorsements, Renewals and Claims Management.
• Experience in managing insurance requirements for large corporate assets, manufacturing operations, plants, warehouses, inventory and other business risks will be preferred.
• Should have strong exposure to Property, Liability and other Commercial/Corporate Insurance covers, along with insurance policy compliance and risk assessment.
• Experience in coordinating with insurance brokers, insurers and internal cross-functional teams for policy placement, renewals, endorsements and claims settlement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
