Job summary

PUNO is seeking a Corporate GM – Projects based in Jaipur to lead end-to-end entertainment center projects across multiple locations. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and safety/compliance, while guiding cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires oversight of construction, MEP, HVAC, interiors, and gaming infrastructure, with regular site visits and travel to new destinations as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale projects within entertainment, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration; PMP/Prince2 is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs and contracts; familiarity with project management tools.
• High accountability, problem-solving aptitude and readiness to travel to project sites.
• Expediting experience for multi-site developments and on-time delivery.

• Role Description The Corporate GM – Projects at PUNO is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur along with travel on all across upcoming locations frequently which is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of entertainment center projects across multiple locations. This role manages the end-to-end project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The GM – Projects will lead cross-functional teams, monitor construction and fit-out activities, conduct site inspections, and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure timely project completion. The position involves coordinating with leadership on expansion strategies, standardizing project processes, and implementing best practices to support rapid growth. The role also requires regular reporting on project status, risks, and cost performance, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Oversee construction, civil works, MEP, HVAC, interiors, technical installations, and infrastructure development.Manage installation and commissioning of gaming equipment, attractions, and entertainment infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management expertise and experience in overseeing multi-site developments.
• Candidates should possess expediting capabilities, including working as an Expeditor and applying Expediting methods to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess inspection skills, including Inspection experience for construction, fit-out, safety, and quality compliance.
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management for coordinating material movement, vendor schedules, and site readiness.
• Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in large-scale projects within entertainment, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and contracts; familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP/Prince2) are an advantage.
• High level of accountability, problem-solving aptitude, and readiness to travel to project sites
• preferred if experience in Amusement Parks, Family Entertainment Centres, Theme Parks, Hospitality, Retail, or similar industries.
