Job Summary

Working closely with the Strategic Initiatives team at Parkar, this position is designed for a high-performing professional who wants to operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, finance, AI and product building.

The professionals will play a critical role in supporting Parkar's next phase of growth, with significant ownership across strategic finance, business development, investment readiness and new product initiatives.

From developing financial models and supporting corporate development initiatives to helping shape and launch AI-led products and solutions, you will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, gaining unparalleled executive visibility and exposure to how an enterprise technology business is built and scaled.

This is a high-impact \"tour of duty\" for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across business and technology, and turning ideas into execution.

What Will You Do

• Corporate Development Fundraising: Support investment readiness, strategic initiatives, investor materials, market research, business cases and evaluation of potential growth opportunities.
• Zero-to-One Product GTM Strategy: Work with leadership and technology teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, translate business workflows into technology solutions, and support GTM strategy for new AI-led products.
• Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models, business projections, scenario analyses and market/peer benchmarking to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Business Cash Flow Analytics: Develop a strong understanding of business performance, working capital and cash flow, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• AI Automation: Research, evaluate and pilot emerging agentic AI tools to automate repetitive business and finance processes and improve operational efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of rigorous experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, corporate/strategic finance, or a high-growth technology/startup environment.
• Analytical Powerhouse: Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Product Curiosity: Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into product requirements and technology solutions.
