United Group in Mumbai seeks a Corporate Communications & PR Manager to lead media relations across the group and its brands. You will build relationships with journalists, pitch stories, and drive editorial coverage from leadership perspectives.
The role is hands-on, requiring an established media network, a track record of earned coverage, and the ability to manage PR agencies and timelines across multiple brands.

Experience: 5 to 10 years
Preferred background: PR / communications agencies, corporate or commercial real estate, B2B organisations
Own PR and media relations across United Group and its brands. Build the Group's media presence, develop direct relationships with journalists and editors, and turn business developments and leadership perspectives into credible editorial coverage.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has a working media network, and a record of securing earned coverage.
5 to 10 years in corporate communications, public relations or media relations.
Preference for candidates from established PR agencies, corporate or commercial real estate, or B2B organisations.
An established, working network of journalists, editors and publications.
Proof of meaningful editorial coverage secured independently, not paid or promotional placement.
Experience briefing and managing PR agencies and external partners.
Command of both traditional and digital PR.
Clear writing, and the ability to turn a business development into a story an editor wants to run.
Comfortable working independently across multiple brands and stakeholders.
Leadership profiling and LinkedIn management experience is an adva
ntage.
High ownership, direct exposure to Group leadership, and a clear mandate: take United Group's communications from reactive PR to a proactive, relationship-led media and thought-leadership function.
