Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support the day-to-day execution of internal and external communication initiatives. The role will assist in coordinating with internal teams, managing external communication partners, and ensuring timely delivery of communication activities while maintaining brand consistency.

Principal Accountabilities

• Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Engage with business functions to understand their communication requirements and provide tailored support to meet their needs
• Coordinate with business teams for content collection and ensure timely followups to maintain a steady flow of communication
• Manage the LinkedIn and other social media content calendars ensuring a consistent and timely publishing schedule
• Collaborate with external design and social media agencies to ensure the timely delivery of creatives campaigns and social media requirements
• Conduct research on relevant national and international awards and assist in preparing comprehensive award submissions
• Coordinate with business teams to gather necessary information and supporting data required for award nominations
• Maintain complete documentation of communication activities awards campaigns and monthly communication reports for future reference
• Capture and document key internal events and initiatives to enhance communication and branding efforts
• Manage communication repositories content libraries and branding assets to ensure easy access and consistencyCoordinate with HR IT Operations Leadership and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of communication initiatives
