Job summary

TekWissen India in Chennai seeks a Communications Senior Associate to coordinate the company’s communications output and craft literature for internal and external audiences. The role combines content creation, design support, and campaign development within a hybrid setup (4 days in office).

You will work with marketing and engagement teams to develop posters, PPTs, white papers, press materials, newsletters, and social media content, driving targeted campaigns aligned with our brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or other relevant discipline.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in corporate communications or related field.

Responsibilities

Position Description

• Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company.
• Create company literature and other forms of communication.
• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
• Develop targeted communication campaigns and ensure campaign ideas and strategies are effective and targeted to the right audience.
• Build and craft thoughtful communication geared towards specific audience and customers.
• Strategize and analyze compelling insights that attract customers and solve their business needs.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to strategize delivery and execution
• Strategize, recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
• Promote products and services.
• Create thought leadership materials.
• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
• Prepare briefing materials.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
• Degree in Communications or other relevant discipline.
• Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
