Job summary

HDFC Life in Delhi is seeking a field-oriented Channel Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with brokers, corporate agents, and subbrokers. You will identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and support brokers in client meetings to enhance product penetration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in life insurance broking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of life insurance products and the broking ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 3 to 5+ years of life insurance experience in Broking/Broker channel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good product knowledge of Life Insurance and the broking ecosystem.
• Ability to handle partner sales teams and drive revenue through channel networks.
