HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca for field work in Bancassurance, engaging with channel partner teams to drive life insurance sales.

You will travel within the assigned location to meet customers and partners, build rewarding relationships, and contribute to meeting top-line targets, persistency, and product mix. You will also support pre- and post-sale activities and adapt to Technology driven sales processes.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
