Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to lead Bancassurance relationships, driving life insurance sales through partner banks. The role requires field travel within the assigned location and a track record in sales performance.

You will network with channel partners, meet top-line targets, and participate in pre/post sales activities such as claim settlements while upholding regulatory compliance and corporate ethics.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
