• Process dividends, interest payments, and other corporate action events.
• Monitor and communicate corporate action announcements to internal teams and external parties.
• Process voluntary elections and ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain accurate records and update accounting systems.
• Perform cash and stock reconciliations and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Process payment claims and tax-related transactions.
• Apply the correct tax treatment and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory and audit requirements.
• Follow operational procedures, compliance policies, and internal controls.
• Work closely with business teams, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
