Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking a Corporate Account Manager for HDFC Bank Branch Banking to drive life insurance sales at bank branches and build strong relationships with branch teams and customers.

The role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, customer engagement, and exceptional service to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Formación

• Graduate with MBA preferred; experience in insurance/financial services sales is valued.
• 1–3 years in insurance/financial services sales is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets by driving insurance sales through HDFC Bank branches.
• Generate and convert leads from assigned bank branches.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Build strong relationships with bank sales and operations teams.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and high-quality customer servicing.
• Submit MIS reports and participate in training programs.

• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
