Tata AIA Life Insurance seeks a Corporate Account Manager - HDFC Bank Branch Banking in Ludhiana. The role focuses on driving life insurance sales through HDFC Bank branches by building strong relationships with branch teams and customers, achieving targets via lead generation, conversions and excellent service.

Experience of 1-3 years in insurance/financial services sales is preferred, with a Graduate qualification (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years experience in Insurance/Financial Services Sales.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets (ANP, case count, active branches, RM activation).
• Generate and convert leads from assigned bank branches.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Build strong relationships with bank sales and operations teams.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Submit MIS reports and participate in training programs.
