Overview

The Corporate IT Trainee will support the company’s internal IT systems—including hardware, software, and network infrastructure—troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and installations, and providing general IT support to employees. The role will involve on‑the‑job training and close collaboration with the IT team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist end users with the installation, configuration of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
• Manage Help Desk tickets adhering to SLAs.
• Install software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops.
• Apply problem‑solving and client relationship skills.
• Maintain verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac laptops & OS.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT‑related issues.
