Job Summary:
As an experienced Workday professional you will lead the optimization and transformation of global core Workday business processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and enhanced user experience through the application of agile methodologies and robust analytical insights. You will be a point of leadership across multiple Workday SKU / Modules (Core HCM, Comp, Talent, Recruit, Absence, Time) and be responsible for driving large projects from requirements gathering, through deployment and into standard service. You will support the development of the team and be a highly visible representative for PC&C Solutions. As part of the Workforce Management Leadership Team you will have the opportunity to innovate and collaborate with like‑minded colleagues across the Workday platform and our associated integrations.
