Job summary

Recruise India Consulting is seeking a Workday specialist in Bengaluru with 5+ years of hands-on Core HCM and Compensation experience. You will lead configuration, security, testing, and UAT while supporting changes and new features.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, drive automation, and develop user guidance to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Core HCM and Compensation.
• Experience supporting at least 12 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches.
• Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, and UAT.
• Strong hands-on experience with EIB, and security administration.

Responsibilities

You will:

Nice To Have Skills

• Workday Pro certification in Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, or other relevant Workday modules is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, analysis, and solution delivery.
• Experience in additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Security, Peakon, SANA or Journeys.
• Experience supporting change management, training, or release readiness activities.
• Experience working with regional or cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organisation.
