Job summary

Jio is seeking a Core Maintenance Engineer Utilities in Bhawanipatna, Odisha. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance with a BE or Diploma in Electrical. You will ensure uptime of utility equipment, coordinate with core teams, and manage alarms and MIS reporting.

The candidate will monitor energy consumption, follow safety standards, and perform level 2 maintenance on critical utility assets, contributing to large facility projects and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.E. or Diploma in Electrical with 5–10 years of experience.
• Experience in maintaining utility equipment and facilities.
• Knowledge of energy optimization and energy management.
• Familiarity with safety, quality and environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution.
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Track and close utility alarms within SLA.
• Record power consumption of utility equipment.
• Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
• Provide project progress updates daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Prepare MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
• Monitor and own large facilities and projects per SLA.
