Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is seeking a guest‑focused Reservations Associate to handle incoming calls, provide information, and capture reservations to ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent reading, writing and communication skills, a High School Diploma, and experience in reservations or front office, including high‑volume call center work and basic computer systems.
