AdFox Media is seeking a conversion copywriter to own landing pages, campaign concepts, and on-page copy for client builds, working from briefs with the designer and the developer.
You’ll bring 3–5 years of professional writing, with a portfolio showing conversion-led work beyond articles, and the ability to balance editorial voice with performance data. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder across multiple accounts in a fast-paced studio.
Saira owns long-form and editorial: the blogs, the guides, the content calendar across nine retainers. That side is covered. What nobody owns is the conversion copy — the landing page for a build going live on Friday, the campaign concept, the words on the page the ads point at. It currently gets written by whoever owns the channel, or by the founder, late.
This is that seat. Not a content mill and not a second blog writer: the work is copy that has to carry a campaign and hold up against a conversion rate.
One boundary worth stating, because it is deliberate. The paid team writes its own search ad copy — that is faster than briefing it and it stays close to the test data. You come in on the campaign concept, the landing page and the creative angle, not the RSA queue.
Must have
Nice to have
// clarity first · cleverness only when it earns its place
Volume and range in the same week: a product description, a clinic’s about page, and thirty ad variants. Some of it is unglamorous and all of it has your standard on it.
You’ll also write into other people’s strategy more often than your own. The SEO lead decides the target, the paid lead decides the angle, and you make it good. If you need full creative control to do your best work, this will chafe.
The line between your work and Saira’s is a real one you’ll have to negotiate rather than be handed. On some accounts it is obvious; on others you’ll both have a claim on the same page.
