Job summary

Straive is seeking a detail-oriented Multilingual QA & Editorial Specialist to support QA and editorial requirements across multiple AI-driven projects. The role focuses on multilingual content management, style editing, and delivering high-quality deliverables.

You will work on language management, prompt engineering, QC reviews, and feedback tracking, while maintaining project documentation in English and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science is required.
• More than 5 years of experience in copyediting, quality assurance, copyediting tools, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Language Management: Provide quality assurance support for copyediting manuscripts in multiple languages.
• Prompt Engineering: Convert client requirements into actionable prompts and validate existing prompt structures for optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive QC reviews post-SME completion to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Feedback Management: Track, analyze, and communicate client feedback.
• Documentation Review: Review and validate rulebook/guideline documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Administrative Support: Manage project-related administrative tasks and maintain project documentation in English.
• Design and develop comprehensive test cases for tool performance monitoring.
• Assessment Tools: Support level assessment tool to measure project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of style guides and editorial standards

Language Requirement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
