Job summary

CRH Talento en IT is seeking an experienced Copilot Studio AI Developer Contractor to deliver hands-on AI development, integration, and governance-aligned solutions for enterprise platforms. You will work with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and platform teams to create AI agents, copilots, and automation across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience with 8+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or conversational AI platforms.
• Experience developing solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and conversational design concepts.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, and web services.
• Familiarity with Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure AI services.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, Microsoft Entra ID, and API security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global delivery teams.

Purpose and Scope

The Copilot Studio & AI Developer Contractor will provide hands‑on development, configuration, integration, and support services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered business solutions. The contractor will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and platform teams to deliver AI agents, copilots, and process automation solutions that enhance productivity and business efficiency.

The role is focused on executing project deliverables, supporting proof‑of‑concepts, developing reusable AI components, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with organizational governance and security standards.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Copilot & AI Development

• Design, configure, and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop conversational experiences, topics, actions, prompts, and generative AI capabilities.
• Configure knowledge sources and integrate enterprise content repositories.
• Support rapid prototyping, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production implementations.

Integration & Automation

• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows, custom connectors, APIs, and workflow automations.
• Support data retrieval, orchestration, and process automation scenarios.

Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization

• Create, test, and refine prompts to improve response quality and user experience.
• Perform AI solution testing, validation, and tuning.
• Implement knowledge grounding and retrieval mechanisms using approved enterprise data sources.
• Support ongoing improvements based on usage analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Technical Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and working prototypes.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documentation, and deployment guides.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, development, testing, and defect resolution activities.
• Support go-live activities and post-deployment stabilization.

Governance & Compliance

• Adhere to established architecture, security, compliance, and development standards.
• Follow organizational AI governance, Responsible AI, and data protection requirements.
• Support audit, documentation, and validation activities as required.

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical reviews, and demonstrations.

Accountability

• Deliver assigned project work within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure developed solutions are secure, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and issue resolution support.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for all assigned deliverables.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as Healthcare, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Working Environment

• Hybrid work is ideal. 1-2 days in our India GCC office.
