Overview

We are looking for a Copilot Solution Architect to define and drive solution architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform use cases across business functions. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant AI-powered solutions that align with enterprise standards for governance, access control, and lifecycle management, while delivering clear business value. The ideal candidate combines strong experience in Microsoft-centric solution architecture with a solid understanding of generative AI, enterprise automation, integration design, and stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, security, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform use cases across business functions.
• Design scalable AI agent solutions using enterprise patterns for knowledge, tools, topics, instructions, and workflow orchestration.
• Translate business problems into practical Copilot and agent-based solutions with clear consideration for business value, adoption, governance, and technical feasibility.
• Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, APIs, enterprise data sources, and internal platforms.
• Establish design standards for grounding, security, access control, compliance, and lifecycle management of Copilot solutions.
• Guide teams on prompt design, agent behaviour, data connectivity, and user experience for business-facing copilots.
• Partner with IT, security, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and production-ready implementations.
• Support solution reviews, technical discovery, effort estimation, roadmap planning, and architectural documentation.
• Conduct technical workshops and provide guidance on Copilot adoption, integration strategies, and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and Copilot technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, Microsoft ecosystem platforms, and digital solution delivery.
• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in Microsoft-centric ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise automation patterns.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, generative AI fundamentals, grounding, prompt behavior, and agent orchestration.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and connectors.
• Ability to balance business value, technical feasibility, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, IT, security, and platform owners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI, and data security controls.
• Experience with agent-based solutions, conversational design, or workflow automation at scale.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and knowledge-centric enterprise solutions.
