Job summary

Redington is seeking a Copilot Expert to lead the organization-wide adoption, implementation, governance, and continuous enhancement of Microsoft Copilot. You will act as the SME, enabling automation and AI-driven transformation across business functions.

The role requires driving adoption, building Copilot-based solutions, and training users while aligning with security, data privacy, and organizational policies. Collaboration across HR, Finance, Sales, Legal, and IT will be essential.

About the Team:

The IT and Digital Transformation team drives enterprise-wide adoption of modern technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions. The team focuses on improving productivity, enabling digital workflows, and accelerating business transformation through Microsoft ecosystem tools, enterprise applications, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Purpose of the Job:

The Copilot Expert will be responsible for leading the organization-wide adoption, implementation, governance, and continuous enhancement of Microsoft Copilot. The role acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Copilot, enabling automation, productivity improvement, and AI-driven transformation across business functions.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI and Microsoft ecosystem expert with strong experience in Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate should be able to drive adoption, build solutions, train users, and work closely with business teams to deliver measurable productivity gains.

Your Role:

Copilot Implementation & Administration:

• Lead organization-wide rollout and configuration of Microsoft Copilot
  Manage licensing, provisioning, and lifecycle governance
  Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies

Training & User Enablement:

• Conduct training sessions for employees and business teams
  Develop user guides, documentation, and best practice frameworks
  Drive Copilot adoption across functions through structured enablement programs

Copilot Studio & Automation Development:

• Build custom copilots, workflows, and automation solutions using Copilot Studio
  Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise systems
  Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across business processes

Support & Issue Management:

• Act as primary SME for Copilot-related issues and queries
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in coordination with Microsoft support
  Monitor usage analytics and improve system performance and adoption

Governance, Compliance & Security:

• Define governance models, usage standards, and monitoring dashboards
  Ensure compliance with DLP policies, data classification, and security guidelines
  Work with IT security teams to enforce AI governance frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with HR, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to understand requirements
  Translate business needs into Copilot-based solutions
  Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

  Understand AI tools, LLM concepts, and enterprise automation
  Can build and configure Copilot Studio solutions
