Role:

• We are hiring for an exciting retail transformation project in the Philippines.
• The focus is on enhancing contact centre operations with advanced AI and cloud technologies.
• You will design and implement smart solutions to reduce wait times, improve agent productivity, and personalize customer interactions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Design: Create scalable conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, Vertex AI, and custom LLM pipelines. Develop virtual agents (text/voice), agent assist tools, and AI-driven analytics. Design and manage Generative AI applications for summarization, Q&A, and document intelligence.
• Conversational AI Development: Build and optimize conversational systems with Dialogflow CX for omnichannel integration and multilingual support. Oversee fallback logic, entity modeling, and call flow transitions.
• Data Engineering & Pipeline Management: Design and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and real-time inference using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
• MLOps & Continuous Deployment: Implement scalable ML workflows with Vertex Pipelines, TensorFlow Extended, or Kubeflow. Establish CI/CD workflows and ensure model versioning, reproducibility, and rollback capabilities.
• Voice AI Integration: Lead telephony integrations (SIP, PSTN) and optimize IVR workflows for low-latency voice bots. Ensure seamless TTS/STT integration and effective call handling logic.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, SQL, Node.js.
• Cloud experience: GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Dialogflow CX, IAM).
• Strong knowledge of MLOps tools: TensorFlow Extended, Kubeflow.
