Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to provide expert functional support for Data Provision/entry in S4HANA and our Reporting system. You will guide budgeting, perform ad hoc analyses, and act as a 2nd-level support contact for data provision topics.

You will analyze complex reporting issues, investigate interface errors between SAP and the Reporting system, and assist month-end submissions. A CA/CMA background with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills is required.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of successful experience as Plant Controller.
• SAP S/4HANA (CO/FI module) experience required.
• Handled & prepared Plant MIS (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet).
• Handled & prepared Plant Budget & Planning process.

• Provides expert functional support for Data Provision/entry processes and applications (S4HANA and Reporting system).
• Guidance for budget and strategic planning figures, ad hoc analysis in S4HANA/ Reporting system.
• Act as primary 2nd-level support for Data Provision / entry topics
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues related to Reporting system.
• Investigate validation and interface errors (SAP to Reporting system)
• Support month-end data submission activities in S4HANA and Reporting system
• Provide guidance on booking and posting requirements in S4HANA and Reporting system
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles for S4HANA and Reporting system

• Guidance for budget and strategic planning figures, ad hoc analysis in S4HANA/ Reporting system.
• Act as primary 2nd-level support for Data Provision / entry topics
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues related to Reporting system.
• Investigate validation and interface errors (SAP to Reporting system)

Your Experience And Qualification

• At least 8-10 years of successful experience as Plant Controller.
• SAP S/4HANA (CO/FI module) Experience
• Handled & prepared Plant MIS (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet)
• Handled & prepared Plant Budget & Planning process.
• Chartered Accountant / CMA with 6-8 years of Experience
• Good communication skill with English is a must
• Fluent in MS Excel & Power point is must
• Ability to learn fast
• Sense of Initiative & Eye for detail.
• Excellent team player with self-motivation.
