We are looking for an experiencedSAP S/4HANA CO Senior Consultantto lead and support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Controlling solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise acrossCost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Finance and Controlling experience, excellent business-process understanding, and the ability to independently engage with clients and stakeholders. You will contribute to end-to-end SAP transformation projects, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring effective integration with Finance and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support ofSAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO)solutions.
• Work acrossCost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Margin Analysis, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
• Independently gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead client-facingdesign and requirement workshopsand translate business needs into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Prepare workshop agendas, presentations, process documentation, and other required materials.
• Document workshop outcomes throughMeeting Minutes and action items, and follow up on agreed activities.
• Develop business process flows, functional specifications, configuration documentation, training materials, and project deliverables.
• Configure and support SAP CO processes across implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, and production support engagements.
• Design and implement solutions forproduct costing, cost planning, cost object controlling, and Material Ledger Actual Costing.
• Support profitability analysis, Margin Analysis, and management reporting requirements.
• Ensure effective integration of SAP CO withMM, SD, PP, PS, and FImodules.
• Work with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with third-party systems and related SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with onsite coordinators, project managers, technical teams, and other functional consultants.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure assigned deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify process improvements and recommend SAP solutions that improve financial visibility, cost management, and profitability reporting.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements involvingFiori, BW, HANA, BO-DS, and related reporting technologies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solutions align with business expectations and project objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of relevant SAP CO experience, with strong hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
• Proven experience acrossCost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA/Margin Analysis, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
• Strong experience inend-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, support, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience withproduct costing, cost planning, and cost object controlling.
• Strong understanding of Material Ledger andActual Costing.
• Experience integrating SAP CO withMM, SD, PP, PS, and FI.
• Proven ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Experience independently leadingclient-facing design and requirement workshops.
• Strong ability to prepare workshop materials, document decisions, maintain action items, and produce clear Meeting Minutes.
• Experience with business blueprinting, process documentation, functional specifications, testing, training, and project documentation.
• Prior experience inclient-facing SAP consultingenvironments.
• Familiarity withSAP Fiori, BW, HANA, BO-DS, and other reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes and management accounting principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently while working effectively with distributed project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to resolving functional issues.
• CA, ICWA/ICMA, or MBA Financequalification is preferred.
• SAP Finance/Controlling certification is an advantage.
