Job summary

Accenture Pune invites applications for a Controllership Associate focusing on Lease Management. The role requires a BCom and 1–3 years of experience, with hands-on work in lease abstraction, setup, CAM billing and audit processes.

You will coordinate with finance teams, ensure IFRS/GAAP lease reporting accuracy, manage lease documents in SAP REFX, and support day-to-day accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in Lease Abstract, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, Lease Abstraction Set-up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes.
• SAP REFX experience preferred.
• Manage queries and clarifications from the Client.
• Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• Abstracting the Key information Financial Legal from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
• Abstracting Reviewing the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering SAP.
• Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM Common Area Maintenance Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries
• In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
• You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management
• You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
