Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking a Control Testing Validator & QA Analyst with 6-10 years of experience in BFSI domains to review and challenge testing conclusions, validate evidence, and ensure adherence to approved methodologies.

The role focuses on control testing validation, independent re-performance, and QA reviews, interfacing with Internal Audit and regulatory frameworks to strengthen risk controls.

Formación

• Experience in reviewing control testing performed by testers.
• Ability to challenge testing conclusions and identify gaps in quality.
• Skill in validating evidence and ensuring adherence to testing methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform control testing validation and independent re-performance.
• Review workpapers and testing evidence for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct QA reviews and assess control effectiveness.
• Assist Risk & Compliance / Internal Audit functions.
• Validate control deficiencies and track remediation actions.
• Prepare audit reports and support remediation tracking.
• Engage stakeholders and provide clear testing updates and findings.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory/governance frameworks.
