Job summary

NLB Services is seeking an experienced Operations QA professional to review business processes and transactions, perform sample-based testing, and identify control gaps. The ideal candidate will validate SOP adherence, conduct RCA for recurring issues, and document findings with thorough testing evidence.

Candidate should have experience in testing, risk & controls, internal audit, and regression-proof documentation, with the ability to coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Audit and Operations

Qualifications

• Experience in operations testing and QA reviews of business processes and transactions.
• Ability to identify process gaps, errors, exceptions, and control weaknesses.
• Experience validating adherence to SOPs, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Hands-on RCA for recurring operational issues.
• Prepare testing documentation, evidence, and working papers.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Perform Operations Testing / Quality Assurance reviews of business processes and transactions.
• Conduct sample-based testing of transactions, cases, documents, and operational activities.
• Identify process gaps, errors, exceptions, and control weaknesses.
• Validate adherence to SOPs, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues.
• Prepare test results, working papers, evidence, and testing documentation.
• Classify and document findings based on severity and business impact.
• Track corrective actions and remediation through closure.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS / management reports and dashboards covering testing results, trends, exceptions, and risks.
• Support risk assessments, internal/external audits, and control testing.
• Recommend process improvements and control enhancements.
