Job summary
SheJobs Group in Chennai is seeking an experienced Control System Engineer with deep expertise in Power Plant Automation, Wind Turbine Controls, GE Mark VIe, ToolboxST, and SCADA systems.
You will work on wind turbine control applications, install and test digital tools at turbine sites, perform software/firmware upgrades, configure software and control parameters, remotely troubleshoot SCADA servers, and prepare technical documentation for clients.
Qualifications

- Strong experience in Wind Turbine Technologies & Operations

- Strong knowledge of SCADA
- Experience with communication protocols: Profibus, Fieldbus, Modbus, TCP/IP

- Control system commissioning experience
Responsibilities
- Work on Wind Turbine Control applications

- Perform software/firmware upgrades for WindSCADA, TurbineCONTROL and related systems
- Configure software and control parameters based on site requirements
- Remotely access and troubleshoot SCADA servers at customer wind farms
- Run reports to validate turbine performance before and after software upgrades

- Work independently and lead small teams within larger projects
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
