Instawork is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Koramangala, Bangalore for a 6-month in-office contract. The role demands a hands-on leader who can drive high-volume hiring, manage drives, and mentor HR interns while partnering with business teams to meet manpower needs.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while designing referral programs and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency. Immediate joiners preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on with ATS platforms; exposure to AI hiring tools is a plus.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports for leadership review.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

About the Role

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management, especially for Operations / Sales etc
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools; exposure to AI hiring tools is a plus.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute lucrative referral programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
