Job summary

Instawork in Bengaluru invites a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across Tech and Non-Tech.

You will lead headhunting, build robust talent pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, and partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and close top talent. Experience with Greenhouse and AI-driven tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong track record of hiring mid-level to senior talent across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and modern recruitment tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus.
