Tata Consulting Engineers Limited in India seeks a seasoned Contracts Specialist to lead contract formation, administration and risk mitigation for complex engineering projects. You will manage pre- and post-award activities, guide a team of contract professionals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across Design-Build and professional services contracts.

The Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the contractual aspects of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions, and facilitating smooth project execution. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts while working closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers. The incumbent leads a team of contract specialists and has vital responsibilities in carrying a project to an on-time, on-budget completion. He/She is the owner of the entire contracting process, both pre and post award activities. The responsibilities include negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, including documenting and agreeing on any changes that may arise during its implementation or execution. The role involves systematically and efficiently managing contract formation, execution/administration, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial, scope and schedule related performance and minimizing risk.
