The ideal candidate will coordinate with project management and legal teams to validate contracts, monitor performance, and implement risk mitigation across multiple categories and contracts.

• Developing strategic partnerships with contracts, establishing optimal cross-category contractor mix and vendor evaluation.
• Leading contracting strategy with Project Management Group, achieving cost savings and governance.
• Coordinating with legal for contract validation, performance review, variations or claims, and tracking services delivered.

Role & responsibilities

Developing Contracting and Procurement strategy depending on project horizon, Group's objectives, aspirations to deliver projects in high quality manner

• Developing strategic partnerships with contracts, developing optimum mix of cross category contractors for delivering timely delivery of services, developing vendors, relationship management, vendor evaluation and implementing actions upon evaluation.
• Leading contracting strategy in coordination with Project Management Group, cost savings in Procurement of contracts, improved contractor performance, improved quality of service and risk mitigation plans along with leading high value and complex transactions to oversee negotiation and governance mechanism.
• Coordinating with legal for periodical validation, contract conditions, review contractor performance, variations or claims, implementation of systems for tracking, monitoring and auditing services delivered by contractors.
• Identifying effective category strategy for Procurement, executing Procurement strategy in line with business and category strategy, achieving Procurement targets for the projects, compliance with teams, policies, and statutory requirements
