Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, review, evaluate, and amend contract terms and conditions.
• Review, evaluate, and markup contract documents, including legal and technical schedules, statements of work, etc.
• Identify and document contractual and legal risks, including preparing risk reports where required.
• Ensure proper execution of contract documents in line with applicable policies.
• Ensure compliance with contract policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review and evaluate customer requests for contract revisions or changes.
• Maintain and update contracts and legal worklists.
• Prepare close-out documentation and verify contract accuracy (effective dates, signatures, proofreading, etc.).
• Monitor updates to applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to management on legal and contractual matters.
