Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a contract specialist with strong FIDIC knowledge to support major clients on complex construction projects.

You will manage claims, negotiate outcomes, drive change management, and provide timely advice to clients, drawing on site experience and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application.
• Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution.
• Should be able to drive Change management processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence
• Understanding of site related construction issues, maintain correspondence with concerned parties and ability to provide timely advice to the Client
• Ability to work with project stakeholders to drive issues to closure
• Understanding of tendering and procurement cycle including compiling the contractual documents
