Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager in India to lead all commercial, contracts, procurement, cost management, claims, and financial administration on major infrastructure projects.

Role focuses on establishing governance, budgeting, forecasting, procurement management, and contract administration with emphasis on change management and dispute avoidance to deliver value and mitigate risks for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a lead commercial role on major projects.
• Extensive experience with EPC, design-build and major infrastructure contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, claims and contract administration.
• Membership of RICS, CIArb or equivalent professional institution preferred.
