Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in India is seeking a seasoned Contracts Management Specialist to lead end-to-end management of complex contracts for a U.S.-based healthcare tech organization. You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and Executive teams to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance across commercial, healthcare, and government-related agreements.

Minimum 12–15 years in contracts management or legal operations, with strong knowledge of U.S. contract law and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD or MBA preferred.
• 12-15 years in contracts management, legal operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills for interaction with U.S. executives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS/technology contracts.
• Analyze contractual risks and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, HR, Procurement) to resolve operational and compliance issues.
• Manage contract lifecycle records and track key obligations, renewals, and expiration dates.
• Provide training and guidance on contract processes and risk management to internal stakeholders.
